Section 144-267-3 - EVALUATION OF THE LABORATORY AND PERSONNEL
A. Proficiency testing shall be made semiannually.
B. Certification shall be based on satisfactory performance on proficiency testing. Failure to perform satisfactorily on proficiency test samples may result in revoking certification.
