Successful completion in an accredited college or university of a course of study which meets all academic requirements for a bachelor's degree in medical technology or one of the chemical, physical, or biological sciences. In addition, the analyst must have had at least one year of experience in analytical chemistry, or have completed successfully special training provided or approved by the Department.B. Successful completion in an accredited college or university of a course of study which meets all academic requirements for a bachelor's degree, and has at least 24 semester hours in chemistry, biology, or physics courses of which not less than 18 hours must have been in chemistry.
