Section 096-3-27 - Draft License DecisionsA.Draft Commissioner License Decision. For license applications to be decided by the Commissioner following a hearing, the Commissioner will issue a draft license decision to all parties and interested persons to provide them with an opportunity to comment. The draft license decision must be made available for inspection at the Department's Augusta office and appropriate regional offices at least five (5) working days before the Commissioner takes final action.B.Draft Board License Decision.
