Section 096-167-3 - Reporting units
A. GHG emissions shall beexpressed in units of carbon dioxide equivalents (CO2e), metric tons of CO2e (MTCO2e) or millions of metric tons of CO2e (MMTCO2e).
B. Fuel consumption values shall beexpressed in British thermal units (Btu), millions of Btu (MMBtu), or billions of Btu (BBtu).
