Section 096-167-2 - Covered greenhouse gases

The following GHGs shall be included in the evaluation of gross and net GHG emissions under this Chapter:

A. carbon dioxide (CO₂);

B. methane (CH₄);

C. nitrous oxide (N₂O);

D. perfluorocarbons (PFC);

E. hydrofluorocarbons (HFC);

F. nitrogen trifluoride (NF₃); and

G. sulfur hexafluoride (SF₆).
