Section 096-163-5 - Replacement Heating Appliance RebatesParticipating dealers may apply for one of the following rebates for replacement of an eligible uncertified woodstove:
A. For replacement with an EPA certified residential wood heater or pellet stove: 2 A $700 rebate for owners who demonstrate qualification for low income programs specified in subsection 3(B)(3) of this Chapter. B. For replacement with a heating appliance, including, but not limited to vented gas stoves, with an annual fuel utilization efficiency of at least 85% as measured by ANSI Standard 103: 2 A $700 rebate for owners who demonstrate qualification for low income programs specified in subsection 3(B)(3) of this Chapter. 06- 096 C.M.R. ch. 163, § 5
