Section 297-5-2

Qualifications for temporary certification. Applicants applying for a temporary certificate as a chiropractic assistant must qualify as follows:

A. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age;

B. Must be a high school graduate or successfully completed an equivalent educational Program;

C. Must document continuous enrollment in a Board approved course of study;

D. A temporary certificate may be renewed for a maximum of two (2) bienniums; and

E. Once the requirements for certification as a chiropractic assistant have been met, the temporary certificate becomes invalid. The applicant must notify the Board of successful completion of the examination and change of status, and submit payment of the biennial renewal fee.
