1. Qualifications for certification. Applicants applying for a certification as a chiropractic assistant qualify as follows: A. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age;B. Must be a high school graduate or have successfully completed an equivalent educational Program;C. Must have successfully completed a course of study approved by the Board after January 1, 1990, or completed a course of study provided by a chiropractic college accredited by the CCE, or by any other USOE approved national chiropractic accrediting agency; andD. Must have successfully passed an examination with a minimum score of 75%, which has been offered pursuant to a course of study approved by the Board or by a chiropractic college accredited by the CCE, or by any other USOE approved National Chiropractic Accrediting Agencies; orE. Must have been employed as an assistant for a minimum of three (3) years immediately prior to the enactment of this statute, submit valid proof of such employment, and met the requirements of A and B.
