Subsection 001-346-9-9 - Ware-washing Sinks, Use LimitationsA. A ware-washing sink may not be used for hand-washing or dumping mop water.B. If a ware-washing sink is used to wash wiping cloths, wash produce, or thaw food, the sink must be cleaned before and after each time it is used to wash wiping cloths or wash produce or thaw food.
