Subsection 001-346-9-33 - Storing Maintenance ToolsA. Maintenance tools such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners and similar items must be: 1. Stored so they do not contaminate food, utensils, equipment, and linens; and2. Stored in an orderly manner that facilitates cleaning the area used for storing the maintenance tools.
