All operating and storage rooms and departments of establishments used for edible materials must be maintained in acceptable clean conditions and meet the requirements as specified in 9 CFR 314, Handling and Disposal of Condemned and Inedible Products at Official Establishments and 9 CFR 381.95, Disposal of Condemned Poultry Products.B.
