Subsection 001-346-8-2 - Approved Water SystemA. Water must be received from the source from the use of: 1. An approved public water main; or2. One or more of the following that must be constructed, maintained, and operated according to law: a. Nonpublic water main, water pumps, pipes, hoses, connections, and other appurtenances;b. Water transport vehicles; orc. Water containers.
