Section XXIII-333 - Non-Exclusive Statewide ContractsA. If the Office of State Purchasing has entered into a non-exclusive contract for non-exempt commodities or services, the Department of Transportation and Development has the option of either using the contract or seeking competitive bids.B. Non-exclusive contracts may be by-passed if the district or section can obtain the item at a better price or if the delivery time is more acceptable.
