Section VII-123 - Remedies and EnforcementA. Whenever enforcement of any provision of these rules and regulations is warranted, the authority may initiate and pursue appropriate administrative procedures and may issue such orders and decrees as may be necessary and authorized by the authority's general rules and regulations, and the authority may initiate and pursue all appropriate judicial remedies to assure compliance with these rules and regulations.La.
