Section VII-121 - Coordination and CooperationA. The authority shall coordinate, consult and cooperate with any federal or state agencies, or political subdivisions of the state, having an interest in the construction and operation of offshore terminal facilities for dry bulk cargoes within the authority's jurisdiction.La.
