Section III-309 - Inventory and ControlA. The beautification and permits unit will have the responsibility of maintaining a current inventory of all junkyards, conducting a continuing surveillance program to discover illegally established or maintained junkyards, and to initiate procedures to obtain compliance with the Highway Beautification Act.La.
