Section II-521 - Standards for Jacking and Boring Pipe under RoadwayA. In addition to the standards described elsewhere in this manual, requirements for jacking and boring pipe under roadways shall be governed by Section 728 of the Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges and EDSM No. III.2.6.1 (construction) and EDSM No. IV.2.1.1 (maintenance) as found in the Engineering Directives and Standards Manual.La.
