Section XXVII-209 - Reimbursement LimitationsA. When any loss is or may be covered by other insurance or bond, the other insurance or bond is primary and the commission shall require the claimant to exhaust his remedies as to the other insurer before considering the payment of the claim.B. After all other remedies are exhausted, claimants shall be entitled to recover the full amount of claims filed against the fund.La. Admin. Code tit. 7, § XXVII-209
