Section XXVII-207 - SubrogationA. When a claim is paid by the commission from the fund, the claimant, by accepting said payment, subrogates his rights to the commission up to the full amount of payment.B. Any recovery for reimbursement to the fund shall include interest computed at the U.S. Treasury two-year note coupon rate as published in the Wall Street Journal on the date of the claim.La. Admin.
