Section XV-119 - Shipments for Scientific PurposesA. These regulations do not apply to shipments of regulated materials, under proper safeguards, to the United States Department of Agriculture, or to recognized state institutions for scientific purposes, except that a special permit issued by a duly authorized state or federal plant quarantine inspector must be attached to the outside of the container.La.
