Section XV-117 - ResponsibilityA. The owner of any property on which restricted material is stored, planted, cultivated or grown, and any tenant leasing such land, shall be jointly responsible for compliance with these rules and regulations and any other requirements imposed by the state entomologist to eradicate, control and prevent the spread of any plant pest or disease.La.
