Section XIII-1325 - Restrictions on Sale or TransferA. A licensee shall not sell or transfer, or permit the sale or transfer of living industrial hemp plants, viable plant parts, or seeds to any person in the state who does not hold an industrial hemp license issued by LDAF.B. Licensees may transfer up to one pound of industrial hemp plants or plant parts per transfer to testing laboratories, both within and outside the state for the purpose of measuring THC, CBD, or other phytocannabinoid profile levels. It is the responsibility of the licensee to ensure compliance with laws in other states.C. A licensee shall not store industrial hemp or industrial hemp plant parts at any location that was not previously approved by LDAF on that licensee's application and/or site modification request form.La.
