Section V-1609 - Procurement of Food ProductsA. No public entity shall procure any food products unless and until it has fully complied with the provisions of R.S. 38:2184 and R.S. 38:2251-2261.B. Neither the department nor any public entity shall issue a certification for any food product purchased by such public entity unless and until the public entity provides proof of full compliance with the provisions of R.S. 38:2184 and R.S. 38:2251-2261.La.
