Section V-903 - Rules and RegulationsA. Users shall submit to the commission's office, their plans to install wells that will produce 50,000 gallons per day or more. The plans shall include, at the minimum, the following information for each well: the depth of the well, the proposed screen setting(s), aquifer(s) to be screened, if known, proposed rate of yield, estimated daily use, and a map or sketch showing the location of the well. In an urban area, the location of the well should be described in reference to the nearest streets. All of the requested information should be submitted, if possible, at least thirty days prior to the beginning of drilling to the following address: Capital Area Ground Water Conservation Commission
