Section V-1105 - Billing ScheduleA. The commission bills on a quarterly basis with pumpage charges due as follows: For the period October-December, billing date is January 1; for the period January-March, billing date is April 1; for the period April-June, billing date is July 1; and for the period July-September, billing date is October 1.La.
