Section V-1103 - ApplicabilityA. The rules and regulations contained herein shall apply to all users in the parishes of East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Pointe Coupee, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana who are determined by the board of commissioners to be liable for the payment of pumpage charges (R.S. 38:3079).La.
