Section V-3003 - Applicability of RulesA. These rules shall apply to all firms and persons engaged in the activity of certifying, inspecting, installing, maintaining and servicing of portable fire extinguishers and fire hoses and/or the certifying, inspecting, installing, integrating, maintaining or servicing of fixed fire suppression equipment and/or systems or fire detection and alarm equipment and/or systems and/or hydrostatic testing of DOT fire protection cylinders.La.
