Section I-2319 - Assessment of Civil PenaltiesA. Any person who is determined by the superintendent of the department after reasonable notice and opportunity for a fair and impartial hearing held in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, to have committed an act that is a violation of these regulations (excluding §2315), is subject to a civil penalty of $100 per violation. Penalties for §2315 shall be computed in accordance with R.S. 32:388.La. Admin. Code tit. 55, § I-2319
