Section I-2317 - Special PermitsA. Special permits must be in the vehicle at all times of operation, and such permit shall be produced upon request by any police officer.B. Violation of any terms or conditions of a special permit shall subject the driver and/or owner of the permitted vehicle to the penalties provided for in R.S. 32:388.La. Admin. Code tit. 55, § I-2317
