Section I-1523 - Transportation Safety RequirementsA. Conveyances used for transporting explosives shall comply with all regulations as set forth by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Conveyances used in underground mining operations regulated by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) are exempt from this requirement.La. Admin. Code tit. 55, § I-1523
