Section I-2113 - RegistrationA. Any individual who is employed as a lobbyist or who receives compensation to act in a representative capacity for the purpose of lobbying shall register, on forms provided by the board, as an executive branch lobbyist with the board within five days of making expenditures of $500 or more on executive branch officials in a calendar year for the purpose of lobbying.B. Any individual who does not make expenditures of $500 or more on executive branch officials but who registers as an executive branch lobbyist with the board shall file expenditure reports as required by the Lobbyist Disclosure Act and shall be liable for any late fee assessed for the late filing of a report.La.
