Section II-20009 - Non-State, Government Owned or Operated Facilities and State-Owned or Operated FacilitiesA. Non-state, government-owned or operated nursing facilities will be paid a case-mix reimbursement rate in accordance with §1305. B. State-owned or operated nursing facilities will be paid a prospective per diem rate. The per diem payment rate for each of these facilities will be calculated annually on July 1, using the nursing facility's allowable cost from the most recently filed Medicaid cost report trended forward from the midpoint of the cost report year to the midpoint of the rate year using the index factor.La.
