Section I-995 - Horsemeat Labeling and Sale [Formerly 49:3.2800]A. No person shall keep, have in his possession, display, or offer for sale any horsemeat in an establishment dealing in any other meat which is offered for sale for human consumption unless such horse meat is so packaged, denatured, and labeled as to preclude its use for human consumption.La.
