Section I-992 - Sample Collection [Formerly 49:3.2500]

A. Any representative of the department may at any reasonable time during working hours, collect for examination samples of any meat or meat products, water, dye, chemical, preservative, spice or other articles for use in or on any meat or meat product at any place where such articles are pre pared, packed, stored or held for sale within the state.
