Section XXIII-101 - AuthorityA. The Louisiana Solid Waste Operator Certification and Training Program Act, R.S. 37:3151 et seq., creates the Board of Certification and Training for Solid Waste Disposal System Operators and authorizes the board to adopt rules of procedure and establish fees for the certification of solid waste operators.La.
