Section XLIX-1111 - Display of Licenses and Re-Registration CertificatesA. Every person licensed as a nursing home administrator actively engaged in the profession shall display such license and certificate of annual registration in a conspicuous place in the office or place of business or employment of such licensee. The current certificate of annual re-registration shall be displayed adjacent to the facility's license issued by Department of Health and Hospitals. Such license and certificate of annual re-registration shall be shown, when requested, to a member of the board, a legally constituted officer of the board, or a law enforcement officer of the state of Louisiana or of a political subdivision thereof.La.
