Section XLI-903 - License ApplicationA. Before being issued a license, a jockey agent must show proof of experience and knowledge of racing to the stewards by an oral and written examination approved by the commission, and his application shall bear the actual signature of the rider he desires to represent. Any license granted is not transferable, and separate applications must be filed for each jockey the agent proposes to represent.
