Section XLI-901 - Maximum Number of JockeysA. A jockey agent may not, after June 30, 1997, contract the riding engagements of more than two riders. No jockey agent shall contract for more than two riders to start in any one race, except stakes races, who are under contract to the same jockey agent. As used herein, Jockey Agent shall mean any person who contracts engagements for a rider or riders.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLI-901
