Section XIX-303 - Fiscal YearA. The fiscal year of the board shall end on June 30 of each year. The annual meeting shall be held as soon as practical after the close of the fiscal year, at which meeting the board shall elect its officers who shall serve until the next annual meeting or until their successors assume their duties.La.
