Section XIX-301 - OfficersA. The officers shall be chair, secretary, and treasurer. The duties of the respective officers shall be the usual duties assigned to the respective office. The newly elected officers shall assume the duties of their respective offices on the first day of the month following the election of the officers.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XIX-301
