Section LXX-6307 - Standards of ConductA. The board may in its discretion recommend to the Office of the Governor, reprimand, fine, suspension and/or revocation of a pilot, deputy pilot, or apprentice for the following non-exclusive list of particulars: 1. failure to maintain, in good, valid and current standing a United States Coast Guard First Class Pilot License of any gross tons;2. failure to remain a qualified and registered voter of the State of Louisiana;3. failure to successfully complete continuing professional education requirements;4. failure to maintain a current satisfactory United States Coast Guard approved physical (Merchant Mariner Physical Examination Report);5. conviction of any felony from any jurisdiction whatsoever;6. any violation of the board's drug and alcohol policy;8. failure to maintain recency; and9. any violation of these rules.La.
