Section LXX-6306 - Violations of the PolicyA. The board shall take the necessary actions for any violation of its policies, rules and regulations. These actions may include referral of such pilot to the Office of the Governor, if required by law, for reprimand, fine, suspension and/or revocation.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXX-6306
