Section LXVI-1105 - Qualifications of Applicants for LicensureA. An applicant for licensure under the provision of this Chapter must verify by oath or affirmation that he: 1. is at least 18 years old;2. is of good moral character;3. is not in violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter and the rules and regulations adopted hereunder;4. has successfully completed a course of study in radiography, radiation therapy technology, nuclear medicine technology, or fusion technologist as approved by the board in accordance with standards promulgated by the board.5. has successfully completed a course of study in radiography, radiation therapy technology, nuclear medicine technology, or fusion technologist as approved by the board in accordance with standards promulgated by the board.La.
