Section LXVI-1103 - Necessity of LicensureA. No person shall assume or use the title or designation "licensed radiologic technologist" unless he holds a current license in accordance with the provisions of these rules and regulations.B. Every radiologic technologist shall have his license at work. It shall be displayed or shall be on file. The license shall be available for inspection at any time upon request by the board.C. Students enrolled in and attending board approved program of radiologic technology who apply ionizing radiations to humans for necessary diagnostic or therapeutic purposes while under the supervision of a licensed practitioner or a licensed radiologic technologist at the approved clinical facilities of the sponsoring institutions are exempt from the requirements of licensure by this board.La.
