Section LX-3103 - Practice of Marriage and Family Therapy by Other Licensed Mental Health ProfessionalsA. Nothing in this subpart shall be construed as prohibiting qualified members of other professional groups including but not limited to clinical social workers, psychiatric nurses, psychologists, physicians, licensed professional counselors, or members of the clergy, including Christian science practitioners, from doing or advertising that they perform work of a marriage and family therapy nature consistent with the accepted standards of their respective professions. No such person, however, shall use the title, or use any words or abbreviations that may reasonably be confused with the title, "licensed marriage and family therapist" or "provisional licensed marriage and family therapist".La.
