Section XI-4701 - Scope (Formerly section 1701)A. This Chapter prescribes minimum requirements for hydrostatic testing of newly constructed steel carbon dioxide pipeline systems and existing steel pipeline systems that are relocated, replaced, or otherwise changed. However, this Chapter does not apply to movement of pipe covered by §4929La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XI-4701
