Section XI-4541 - Underwater Obstructions (Formerly section 1541)

A. All carbon dioxide pipelines within the jurisdiction of these regulations are subject to the Louisiana Underwater Obstructions Act, R.S. 30:4 D-30:4H, as amended, and the Louisiana Underwater Obstructions Regulations, §1501-1707
