Section V-2063 - Payment of SuppliesA. No private contractor of cable television bingo shall sell, offer to sell, or deliver any cable television bingo supplies to any licensed organization except on terms of immediate payment or on terms requiring payment not later than the fifteenth day of the following month of which actual delivery is made.La.
