Section V-2061 - Acquisition of SuppliesA. No person shall ship into or sell cable television bingo supplies in this state until his license is granted by the division.B. No person shall ship into or sell cable television bingo supplies in this state unless such supplies have been approved by the division.C. No person shall ship into or sell cable television bingo supplies in this state unless those supplies or equipment were purchased from a licensed private contractor, distributor or manufacturer.D. No private contractor, distributor or manufacturer of cable television bingo supplies shall directly or indirectly give gifts, trips, prizes, premiums or other such gratuities to any organization, person, volunteer, owner, employee or retail outlet location approved for the selling of cable television bingo supplies.La.
