Section XVII-2905 - Hearing NoticeA. The procedure required to hold a hearing shall include reasonable notice by registered or certified mail, or by hand with signature indicating receipt. The notice will include: 1. a statement of the time and place of hearing;2. the identity of the hearing officer;3. a statement of the authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held;4. a reference to the particular section of the Act, regulations, grant or other agreements under the Act involved;5. notice to the parties of the specific charges involved;6. the right of both parties to be represented by legal counsel;7. the right of each party to bring witnesses and/or documentary evidence; and8. the right of each party to cross examination.La.
